Feeling Good Group
This is a 6-week course of one and a half hours a week of CBT skills training for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety or depression.
This practical course will help you to understand difficult feelings and look at techniques to manage them using CBT skils. Topics may include: managing worry, changing unhelpful behaviours, thought challenging and relaxation.
We work in partnership with the employment support service Balance. They offer advice with work related difficulties (e.g. bullying, redundancy), if you are currently going through a difficult time at work and need help. Or, offer support with finding suitable employment.
We can refer to their service at any point during your treatment.
